Creating eBay Store Banner Lesson 15

In this tutorial we want to build our banner so we can put it on every ebay page. The difference between this banner and the one me made before is that we need to make this 100% so it fits on all monitors. It is a good idea to keep a hardcopy of your banner safe so you can upload it easy to ebay. It is a bit long winded but a very time saving step.
