Create A CSS Website - Adding HTML Code

The time has come when we are going to get into the nitty gritty of our css website. What we need to do first is get ourselves set up for our top menu. We will add some div id. What we also need is build some li tags for our links. This is a beginners tutorial. Let me know if you get any Problems
